Championing neurodiversity

As an organisation, The Learning Enterprise takes a proactive approach to drive inclusivity and diversity. With a wealth of experience behind it, the team here at The Learning Enterprise are proud to have the recognised qualifications to support neurodiverse learners. Several staff members have taken the Neurodiversity Masterclass, an accredited qualification in Neurodiversity, endorsed by the NCFE.

This qualification has helped us to make changes in our organisation and champion Neurodiversity to provide reasonable adjustments and comprehensive support for all learners on programme.
