The Learning Enterprise retains Quality Mark status

The Learning Enterprise has been awarded a Quality Mark accreditation by the UK’s Sector Skills Council for Health, based on face-to-face training and delivery.

The Quality Mark is considered the ‘gold standard’ for the provision of training and gives the healthcare sector confidence in the services offered, benefiting employers, learners and service-users.

Achieving the endorsement involves meeting rigorous standards and tests trainers’ knowledge of performing their duties to the highest standards.
Retaining accreditation is part of an annual renewal process, and involves submitting evidence against three main areas of assessment:

Ethics, Values and Behaviours
Health Sector Engagement
Learning Excellence

TLE passed all areas of assessment and demonstrated a particularly strong adaptation to virtual learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, showing no loss in the quality of training offered.

Learners on programme were ‘supported and monitored well, with the value of their training being held in high esteem’.

Jacqui smart, Director of Operations, TLE said:

“I am delighted that we have again been awarded Quality Mark status, and I thank everyone for all their continued hard work and perseverance during the challenging times we’ve all faced. I’m confident our learners can benefit from our training standards with improved outcomes subsequently for all of our service users.”

Users of The Learning Enterprise’s services can be reassured that their training has been assessed to the highest standards to meet constantly evolving sector needs.
