Writing and reviewing Smart Objectives
Most line-managers are familiar with the concept of writing ‘SMART’  objectives, however, surveys have shown that a only a small minority of appraisal objectives actually fulfil all of the SMART criteria. This workshop will act as a reminder and help attendees to frame both their own and the people they line manage objectives, ensuring they are meaningful, effective and aligned to the organisation, team and individual’s goals.

To describe the sequential process of cascading and communicating business vision and goals.
