Mental Health Self-Awareness

Aim:

To provide a safe, non-judgemental environment in which participants can explore and accept their own feelings.  To raise awareness of how aspects of their work and home life can affect their mental and physical well-being and provide positive approaches to address these

Outcomes:

  • Recognise the signs and symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression
  • Identify the positive and negative coping mechanisms used
  • Learn about various approaches and techniques to help improve your mental health and know where more support can be found
