Aims:

This course will provide you with tools and knowledge that will enable you to drive Diversity and Inclusivity within the workplace, as well as helping you to become a more inclusive employee and manager.

There are four modules, each one will take approximately 45 minutes to complete.

Objectives:

• Explain what inclusion is, including the Fundamental British Values & the Nine protected characteristics
• Develop an environment where all colleagues have equal access to opportunities and resources and can fully contribute to the organisation’s success.
• Demonstrate inclusive behaviour by providing examples.
• Understand unconscious bias and be able to reflect on how their own biases can contribute to unintended discrimination.
• Take feedback on their behaviour, regardless of whether this is conscious or unconscious, and to learn how to rectify unsuitable behaviours.
