The purpose of this session is to develop a managers knowledge of what it requires to build an effective team. Building an effective team includes the psychology of  the team when an existing team member leaves and or a new team member joins. Building Trust within and across the team is crucial for building a successful team.

Managers will learn about the different stages a team will go through before becoming a high performing. Managers will also identify where their team are currently within the Tuckman model and what a manager should do to help the team move through each of the stages. This will include the core elements of building trust.
